Shipping Policy

Order processing and shipping take place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations.

All orders qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Force Majeure

Convoyey is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier operational disruptions, or civil unrest.

In the event of significant delays due to force majeure, we will work with customers to provide appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including extending delivery times, reshipping, or providing refunds if the order cannot be fulfilled.
